Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château comprises 2 hotels, the Hilton Montréal/Laval (opened 1988) and the Sheraton Laval (opened 1981), both acquired in 1997. In addition to these two Laval establishments, the Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château (GHGC) also includes the Golf St-Raphaël, also acquired in 1997.
